With the initial research done we get crafting, and present back to you for feedback and refinement.

In 20 years of writing for business, I’ve seen all kinds of good and bad copy (and written a fair bit of both in my early years). Getting to know your brand and helping you tell your story is a thrill, a privilege, and an education.
I’ve worked client-side (in-house studio head and copy lead for a UK bank), agency-side (as a brand consultant and filmmaker) and freelance, and I know the joys and challenges of all three. I’ve told stories in all kinds of formats for a huge range of brands including the NHS, Visa, Barclays, RBS Group, EDF, Essex County Council, Colchester Zoo and dozens more.
The best thing about my job? That moment when a confusion of words, ideas and insights fall magically into place and the copy truly “nails it” for the client and their audience. I look forward to getting to know your brand and doing the same for you.
